One house with a view of the Gran Risa, one in a central and well-connected location, one in the old family farmhouse with its garden. Each of our three houses has its own character. What they share: nature all around, everything within easy reach, and a family who is happy to be there for you.
The easiest way is through our inquiry form or by emailing info@rosra.it. We will reply within 24 hours, confirm availability, and send you an offer. After your confirmation, we ask for a deposit; the balance can be paid on site or by bank transfer.
Small dogs are welcome on request in Ciasa Rosra and Ciasa Alfred. To maintain the quality of our new apartments, Ciasa Bel Marin remains a pet-free zone.
Ciasa Rosra is in the Funtanacia area, a short walk from La Villa's center and the bus stop. In winter, the public bus (stop ~100 m away) takes you directly to the Gran Risa every 30 minutes.
The Gardenaccia apartment in Ciasa Rosra offers two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area for up to four guests.
By car: via the Brenner A22 highway, exit at Bressanone. Free parking is available directly at the houses. By train: to Brunico, then by bus to La Villa. From Innsbruck airport it's about 1.5 hours, from Venice about 2.5 hours. With the guest card, you can use all public buses for free.
Prices vary depending on the apartment, the season, and the length of your stay. In high season (Christmas, February, and August), a minimum stay of seven nights is required. We are happy to provide prices and availability upon request.
